Mrs. Long
Environmental science and geography teacher, San Jose
- 🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States
- Since 1985
- English, French
I teach environmental science at Harbor Boys' School in San Jose since 1985. Most days I teach first-year students, and I answer every email, even at midnight.
Over the years I've had 1,390 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mrs. Long
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Long: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
