Mrs. Long
Music and statistics teacher, Chattanooga
- 🇺🇸 Chattanooga, Tennessee, United States
- Elmwood Girls' School
- 1998 to 2022
- English
For 24 years I was the music teacher at Elmwood Girls' School. I taught Year 10 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I had 580 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mrs. Long
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.
