Mrs. Lestari
Mathematics teacher at Surabaya Middle School, Since 2010
- 🇮🇩 Surabaya, East Java, Indonesia

I came to teaching late, after working as a night-shift cleaner, and 16 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I've coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mrs. Lestari
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

You taught me mathematics in 2024 at Surabaya Middle School. I still remember the day the fire alarm went off during the exam.
