Mrs. Legesse
25 years teaching art in Jimma
- 🇪🇹 Jimma, Oromia, Ethiopia
- Kingsway Public School
- 2006 to 2018
- English, Amharic
I taught art at Kingsway Public School in Jimma from 2006 to 2018. Most days I taught Year 10, and I answered every email, even at midnight.
Over the years I had 220 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mrs. Legesse
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

I was in your Year 10 class in 2023. You believed I could do it before I did. Greetings from New Delhi.
