I teach English literature and environmental science at St. Joseph's Secondary School, Madina. I always have a bag of oranges in my drawer. My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
