Mrs. Kioko
Religious studies and social studies teacher, Zanzibar City
- 🇹🇿 Zanzibar City, Zanzibar Urban/West, Tanzania
- Beacon Middle School
- Since 1984
- English, Swahili
I teach religious studies at Beacon Middle School in Zanzibar City since 1984. Most days I teach primary school children, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
More about Mrs. Kioko
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Kioko: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me religious studies in 2021 at Beacon Middle School. I still remember the day we all got the giggles in assembly
