Mrs. Kassem
17 years teaching design and technology in Lexington
- 🇺🇸 Lexington, Kentucky, United States
- Fairview High School
- Since 1997
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a postal worker, and 29 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window. Inside it, I never raise my voice.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Kassem: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
