Mrs. Karki

35 years teaching Spanish in Dharan

  • 🇳🇵 Dharan, Koshi, Nepal
  • Since 1992
  • English, Nepali
Harbor High School is my second home. I teach Spanish there since 1992, mostly teenagers. I've coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again. I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

More about Mrs. Karki

If you were in my teenagers class, you probably remember the surprise birthday cake.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Karki: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
