Mrs. Kariuki
Home economics and history teacher, Nairobi
- 🇰🇪 Nairobi, Nairobi, Kenya
- Nairobi Middle School
- Since 2005
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a waiter, and 21 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 710 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.

If you were in my Grade 4 class, you probably remember the surprise birthday cake.
