I taught biology at Mount Pleasant Grammar School in Arusha from 1998 to 2020. Most days I taught first-year students, and I played music while people worked.
Outside the classroom I run most mornings. Inside it, I played music while people worked.
More about Mrs. Karanja
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Karanja: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
