Mrs. Ito
Taught history at Shinjuku High School
- 🇯🇵 Shinjuku, Tokyo, Japan
- Shinjuku High School
- 2005 to 2019
- Japanese
For 14 years I was the history teacher at Shinjuku High School. I taught Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mrs. Ito
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

you taught me history in 2018 at Shinjuku High School. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.

you taught me history in 2017 at Shinjuku High School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.
