Mrs. Ishikawa

12 years teaching Spanish in Kyoto

  • 🇯🇵 Kyoto, Kyoto, Japan
  • Kyoto Primary School
  • 2009 to 2019
  • Japanese
For ten years I was the Spanish teacher at Kyoto Primary School. I taught Grade 8 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. I coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again. I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.

More about Mrs. Ishikawa

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the farm, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
