For 13 years I was the agriculture teacher at Crescent Primary School. I taught Year 7 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's netball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mrs. Ilyin
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
