I taught art at Berlin Secondary School in Berlin from 1989 to 2022. Most days I taught mixed-ability classes, and I played music while people worked.
Over the years I had 690 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mrs. Hartmann
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Hartmann: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
