Mrs. Hamid
Taught religious studies at Albuquerque Primary School
- 🇺🇸 Albuquerque, New Mexico, United States
- 1982 to 2004
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a mechanic, and 22 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 810 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mrs. Hamid
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Hamid: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
