Mrs. Halim
36 years teaching drama in Jakarta
- 🇮🇩 Jakarta, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
- Jakarta Academy
- Since 1983
- English, Indonesian
I teach drama and biology at Jakarta Academy, Jakarta. I write a short note to every student at the end of term.
Over the years I've had 860 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mrs. Halim
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Mrs. Halim: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
