I came to teaching late, after working as a bank clerk, and 27 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 490 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Haile: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

I was in your first-year students class in 1999. You believed I could do it before I did!
