For 29 years I have been the physics teacher at Ashford Girls' School. I teach the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've run the chess club after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays.
More about Mrs. Gutiérrez
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Gutiérrez: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
