Mrs. Gunawardena
20 years teaching English literature in Jaffna
- 🇱🇰 Jaffna, Northern, Sri Lanka
- Beacon High School
- Since 1996
- English
I teach English literature and mathematics at Beacon High School, Jaffna. I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
Over the years I've had 1,680 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Mrs. Gunawardena
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the national park, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Gunawardena: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
