Mrs. Gounder
Taught English literature at Mumbai Secondary School
- 🇮🇳 Mumbai, Maharashtra, India
- Mumbai Secondary School
- 1980 to 2004
- English, Telugu
Mumbai Secondary School was my second home. I taught English literature there from 1980 to 2004, mostly mixed-ability classes.
Over the years I had 910 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
If you remember me, I'd love to hear from you.
More about Mrs. Gounder
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Gounder: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me English literature in 2011 at Mumbai Secondary School. I still remember the rainy sports day.
