Mrs. Gomes

Environmental science and agriculture teacher, Petrópolis

  • 🇧🇷 Petrópolis, Rio de Janeiro, Brazil
  • Since 1991
  • Portuguese
For 35 years I have been the environmental science teacher at Petrópolis Academy. I teach Year 10 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help. Outside the classroom I'm always reading two books at once. Inside it, my door is open at lunch. I'm still learning every day.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Gomes: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me environmental science in 2025 at Petrópolis Academy. I still remember the last day before the summer holidays.
