Mrs. Franco
English literature and drama teacher, Medellín
- 🇨🇴 Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia
- Medellín Technical College
- Since 1981
- Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 45 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 1,890 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

If you were in my Grade 4 class, you probably remember the long bus ride home.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Franco: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
