Mrs. Foster
French and geography teacher, San Jose
- 🇺🇸 San Jose, California, United States
- San Jose High School
- 2009 to 2023
- English, French
For 14 years I was the French teacher at San Jose High School. I taught the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I run most mornings. Inside it, I never once raised my voice.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mrs. Foster
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Foster: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
