Mrs. Fortuin
Economics and geography teacher, Soweto
- 🇿🇦 Soweto, Gauteng, South Africa
- Sunrise High School
- 2017 to 2025
- English
Sunrise High School was my second home. I taught economics there from 2017 to 2025, mostly Year 9.
I coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mrs. Fortuin
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Fortuin: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

I'm a mechanic now and I honestly think it started in your classroom. Greetings from Sacramento.

You taught me economics in 2021 at Sunrise High School. I still remember the long bus ride home. Greetings from Indore.
