Mrs. Fisher
History and physical education teacher, Tampa
- 🇺🇸 Tampa, Florida, United States
- Tampa Academy
- 1998 to 2012
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a clerk, and 14 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I played music while people worked.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Fisher: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me history in 2021 at Tampa Academy. I still remember the cold winter when we all kept our coats on.
