Mrs. Firmansyah
Early years and physics teacher, Jakarta Selatan
- 🇮🇩 Jakarta Selatan, DKI Jakarta, Indonesia
- 1982 to 2007
- English, Indonesian
For 25 years I was the early years teacher at Oakwood Technical College. I taught Grade 4 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Outside the classroom I fix old bicycles. Inside it, I never once raised my voice.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mrs. Firmansyah
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Firmansyah: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
