Mrs. Fernando
Teacher at Mount Pleasant Public School, loves social studies
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Mount Pleasant Public School
- Since 1983
- English, Sinhala
I came to teaching late, after working as an accountant, and 43 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I've had 990 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mrs. Fernando
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
