Mrs. Farouk

I teach music at Meadowbank Girls' School in Fort Worth since 1984. Most days I teach Year 10, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I've had 1,180 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mrs. Farouk
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
