I taught social studies at Westbrook Middle School in Corpus Christi from 1979 to 1999. Most days I taught primary school children, and I played music while people worked.
I ran the debate team after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I make terrible puns.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mrs. Enriquez
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Enriquez: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
