For 21 years I was the design and technology teacher at Zagazig Secondary School. I taught the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I coached the school's athletics team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mrs. El-Sayed
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mrs. El-Sayed: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
