I taught home economics at Crown Academy in Benin City from 2011 to 2021. Most days I taught Grade 8, and I learned every name in the first week.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Ekwueme: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.
