Mrs. Dumas
19 years teaching special education in Ottawa
- 🇨🇦 Ottawa, Ontario, Canada
- Bayview Primary School
- Since 1979
- English, French
I teach special education at Bayview Primary School in Ottawa since 1979. Most days I teach Grade 8, and I keep a jar of spare pencils on my desk.
Over the years I've had 890 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mrs. Dumas
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Dumas: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
