Mrs. Douglas
Music and economics teacher, Joliet
- 🇺🇸 Joliet, Illinois, United States
- Starlight Technical College
- Since 1983
- English
For 43 years I have been the music teacher at Starlight Technical College. I teach Grade 4 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mrs. Douglas
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Mrs. Douglas: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

I failed music twice before you. After you I passed with a B. Thank you. Greetings from Ciudad de México.
