Mrs. Dizon
Computer science and biology teacher, Makati
- 🇵🇭 Makati, Metro Manila, Philippines
- Oakwood Secondary School
- Since 1980
- English, Filipino, Spanish
I came to teaching late, after working as an accountant, and 46 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mrs. Dizon
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the old fort, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Dizon: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me computer science in 1996 at Oakwood Secondary School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand
