Mrs. Dissanayake
Retired computer science teacher from Baobab Academy
- 🇱🇰 Colombo, Western, Sri Lanka
- Baobab Academy
- 2010 to 2023
- English, Sinhala
I taught computer science at Baobab Academy in Colombo from 2010 to 2023. Most days I taught teenagers, and I learned every name in the first week.
I ran the reading group after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I'm always reading two books at once.
If we met, say hello. I'd love to know how life turned out.
More about Mrs. Dissanayake
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
