Mrs. Dela Cruz
23 years teaching physics in Lapu-Lapu
- 🇵🇭 Lapu-Lapu, Cebu, Philippines
- Lapu-Lapu Boys' School
- 1996 to 2008
- English, Filipino
I came to teaching late, after working as a bus driver, and twelve years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I sing in a choir. Inside it, I never turned anyone away.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mrs. Dela Cruz
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the mountains, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
What gifts mean to Mrs. Dela Cruz: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.

You taught me physics in 2020 at Lapu-Lapu Boys' School. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard

You taught me physics in 1996 at Lapu-Lapu Boys' School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.
