Mrs. Dekker
French teacher at Andes Grammar School, Since 2007
- 🇳🇱 Breda, North Brabant, Netherlands
- Andes Grammar School
- Since 2007
- Dutch
I came to teaching late, after working as a farmhand, and 19 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I never raise my voice.
More about Mrs. Dekker
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
What gifts mean to Mrs. Dekker: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
