I taught social studies at Queensway High School in Thiruvananthapuram from 2001 to 2018. Most days I taught the final-year class, and my door was open at lunch.
Over the years I had 780 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mrs. Dave
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Dave: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
