Mrs. D'Amico

35 years teaching music in Catania

  • 🇮🇹 Catania, Sicily, Italy
  • Highland Girls' School
  • Since 2009
  • English, Italian
I teach music at Highland Girls' School in Catania since 2009. Most days I teach the final-year class, and my door is open at lunch. Over the years I've had 660 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

More about Mrs. D'Amico

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the planetarium, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

You taught me music in 2018 at Highland Girls' School. I still remember the snow day nobody expected.
