For 37 years I have been the economics teacher at Westbrook Public School. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's volleyball team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
More about Mrs. Contreras
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
