Mrs. Coker
Teacher at Ashford Grammar School, loves home economics
- 🇳🇬 Epe, Lagos, Nigeria
- Ashford Grammar School
- 1983 to 2003
- English, Igbo
I came to teaching late, after working as a bank clerk, and 20 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
I ran the debate team after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I paint watercolors of whatever is outside the window.
I'm proud of everyone I got to work with.
More about Mrs. Coker
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Coker: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
