Mrs. Chetty
35 years teaching home economics in Johannesburg
- 🇿🇦 Johannesburg, Gauteng, South Africa
- Crescent Grammar School
- Since 1994
- English, Afrikaans
For 32 years I have been the home economics teacher at Crescent Grammar School. I teach the final-year class and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
Over the years I've had 1,890 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mrs. Chetty
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the capital, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
