Mrs. Chetty
28 years teaching agriculture in Pretoria
- 🇿🇦 Pretoria, Gauteng, South Africa
- Highland Girls' School
- 1998 to 2006
- English
For eight years I was the agriculture teacher at Highland Girls' School. I taught Grade 11 and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
My classroom was always a bit noisy, a bit untidy and usually full of people who came for the biscuits.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.
More about Mrs. Chetty
Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the coast, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Chetty: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.
