Mrs. Chen
Physical education and French teacher, Tampa
- 🇺🇸 Tampa, Florida, United States
- Andes Middle School
- Since 1982

For 44 years I have been the physical education teacher at Andes Middle School. I teach teenagers and a few brave older students who wanted extra help.
I've coached the school's cross-country squad for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
I never expected anything in return, but a kind word always makes my day.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Chen: Honestly the messages mean more, but a gift would help me buy supplies for my new classroom.

You taught me physical education in 2003 at Andes Middle School. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won
