Mrs. Chávez
Design and technology teacher at Bogotá Secondary School, Since 1993
- 🇨🇴 Bogotá, Bogotá D.C., Colombia
- Since 1993

I teach design and technology at Bogotá Secondary School in Bogotá since 1993. Most days I teach Year 9, and I never turn anyone away.
Over the years I've had 1,250 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
It has been a good run and I'm grateful for all of it.
More about Mrs. Chávez
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Chávez: If you do send something, I'll put it toward a small scholarship for a student who needs it.

You taught me design and technology in 2002 at Bogotá Secondary School. I still remember the quiz night we nearly won.
