Mrs. Castro
Spanish and social studies teacher, Los Angeles
- 🇺🇸 Los Angeles, California, United States
- Los Angeles Technical College
- 1994 to 2020
- English
I taught Spanish at Los Angeles Technical College in Los Angeles from 1994 to 2020. Most days I taught Grade 11, and I stayed late on Thursdays for anyone who needed it.
Over the years I had 1,330 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.
More about Mrs. Castro
Teaching changed me more than I changed anyone, I think.

What gifts mean to Mrs. Castro: A gift would go toward books and supplies for the students I still tutor.
