I came to teaching late, after working as a clerk, and 43 years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Outside the classroom I volunteer at the food bank on Saturdays. Inside it, I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.

Some of my favorite memories are from the school trip to the science museum, where nothing went to plan and everything turned out fine.
