Mrs. Carter
Teacher at Brookfield Technical College, loves home economics

Brookfield Technical College is my second home. I teach home economics there since 1983, mostly the youngest children.
I've run the drama society after school and some of my proudest moments happened there. I bake for the whole street at New Year.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.

You taught me home economics in 1991 at Brookfield Technical College. I still remember the morning the power went out and we had class in the yard

You taught me home economics in 1984 at Brookfield Technical College. I still remember the long bus ride home.
