Mrs. Carpenter
Retired special education teacher from Kilimanjaro Girls' School
- 🇺🇸 San Diego, California, United States
- Kilimanjaro Girls' School
- 2018 to 2025
- English
I came to teaching late, after working as a postal worker, and eight years later I still can't imagine doing anything else.
Over the years I had 240 students pass through my room. A few of them became teachers themselves, which still makes me smile.

If you were in my first-year students class, you probably remember the long bus ride home.

you taught me special education in 2024 at Kilimanjaro Girls' School. I still remember the volcano experiment that got a bit out of hand.
