Mrs. Byrd
Art and French teacher, Manchester
- 🇬🇧 Manchester, England, United Kingdom
- Manchester Secondary School
- Since 1982
- English
I teach art at Manchester Secondary School in Manchester since 1982. Most days I teach the youngest children, and I stay late on Thursdays for anyone who needs it.
I've coached the school's quiz team for a few seasons. We lost more than we won, and I'd do it all again.
Hearing from old faces is the best part of my week.
More about Mrs. Byrd
The students I remember best weren't always the top of the class. They were the ones who asked "why?" when nobody else did.
